Introducing the Elevate Sponsorship (Limited to 2 Companies)
Get premium visibility with attendees from the moment they arrive until the final session. As an Elevate sponsor, your company becomes part of the SBMW conference experience with your logo featured on balloons, audio and visual displays, and event signage throughout the event. You will also have the opportunity to leave the parking validation machine at your booth for one entire day. This guarantees attendees stop at your booth to validate hotel parking, and a chance for your team to build their network and strengthen connections with attendees.

After submitting your registration, an email with a link to secure housing will be available. Please note: It may take a week after registering to receive a formal confirmation email with an invoice.
A form to collect your reps badge information will be available in your email after registering for a booth/sponsorship. Registering your representatives early is crucial for our team as it allows us to confirm the correct spelling of names and create badges ahead of the conference. Any edits to name badges after the deadline will have to be made on site at the event.
The Saratoga Hilton/City Center and ASBO New York DO NOT receive any of your booth materials. All exhibitor items should be submitted through a drayage order in the Total Events exhibitor packet. Shipping labels should include the following information "Conference Name - Company Name - Booth Number"
Please send a high resolution JPG/PNG/EPS file of your logo. Your logo may appear on large signage and will need to provide ASBO staff with a high quality image that can be scaled in larger print format. If we do not receive before the deadline, you may be left off of signage.
If you plan to exhibit and would like to offer a giveaway at your booth, please fill out the form here before Monday, October 27
By registering for the Education Summit and Expo, you give ASBO New York the right to publish and distribute photos and/or videos taken of you during the conference, at the conference center, travel to and from off-site conference events and during these events. ASBO New York is not responsible for any injuries or illness you may sustain at the Education Summit and Expo arising from pandemic, an act of God or from the negligence or misconduct of others.
A written notice of request for cancellation must be transmitted to ASBO by email to vendors@asbonewyork.org and received no later than October 9, 2025. If the request is approved and accepted by ASBO, the amount paid shall be refunded minus an administrative fee of 15% of the contracted exhibit(s) price which will be assessed upon all cancellations requested. Refunds for cancellation after the above date will be made providing the space can be reassigned, otherwise payment must still be submitted, and/or the amount paid is not refundable. Please note sponsorship costs will not be refunded.

Yes, you can order any additional items directly from our decorator Total Events LLC. Please use the exhibitor packet from Total Events to make any orders.
ASBO DOES NOT receive any of your booth materials. All exhibitor items should be submitted through drayage order in the Total Events exhibitor packet.

Yes, you can order additional networking/internet materials to your booth through Spanet at projectmanager@spa.net. Please note this must be done at least 30 days in advance of the show.
All business members must be in good standing with ASBO New York to attend this event (no outstanding invoices or expired/suspended membership).

Sponsors/Exhibitors are prohibited from holding or hosting events that conflict with ASBO programs and sponsored events. As long as the evening event does not conflict with an ASBO-affiliated event you may hold a dinner or evening event. Per the exhibitor/sponsor Rules and Regulations: No company may plan or hold a function that directly conflicts with any planned ASBO event. Doing so may jeopardize your affiliation with ASBO. Prior approval by ASBO is required to hold an event or function during the conference time period to which event attendees or members are invited.
Housing links will be available immediately after submitting your sponsor/exhibitor registration. Reservations for housing should be made directly by the individual with the hotel of choice. Taxes will be removed upon receipt of your tax-exempt form by the hotel.
All exhibitors and sponsor billing will take place upon registering for the conference (Billing may take a week to receive). Invoices will need to be paid net 30 or prior to the start of the event (whichever comes first) unless other arrangements have been made and agreed to by ASBO.
ATTENTION: To register for this event all past due invoices must be fully paid.
