Trade Show Floor (City Center Main Hall)
Join us for our exclusive happy hour on the trade show floor! Enjoy refreshments while connecting with colleagues, sharing insights, and building valuable relationships.
Kick off the conference on the right foot! Join us and iRun Local for a refreshing walk or run through beautiful Saratoga Springs. Whether you’re a walker, runner, or prefer a light jog, we hope you’ll join us—let’s move together, recharge, and enjoy the fresh air.
If you signed up to participate, meet at the Broadway entrance of the Saratoga Hilton
(near hotel registration) beginning at 6:45 AM. At 6:55 AM, we’ll walk as a group to
iRun Local where we’ll begin walking, running, or jogging at 7:15 AM.
Be sure to dress appropriately for the weather — mornings in Saratoga can be chilly in November.
We recommend bringing layers, gloves, and a hat to stay warm during the walk/run.
We have a new route this year! Attendees will be able to pick their route the morning of. We will have guides taking participants on the following routes:

Donation Location: A donation box will be located at registration in High Rock on Tuesday–Wednesday morning, November 18–19.

Casual attire is welcome! Pack your favorite fall fashion—jeans, flannel, and cozy sweaters are all welcome at this year's conference. Think comfortable yet polished pieces like sweaters, long-sleeve shirts, and
casual button-downs paired with jeans, chinos, skirts, or a dress.
