Start your Education Summit experience at Prime, a rustic yet elegant venue located at the award-winning Saratoga National golf course. Enjoy the best of Prime’s chef-driven cuisine and selection of handcrafted beverages while mixing and mingling with school business officials from across the state. Back by popular demand, ASBO’s official DJ, Mike Reilly, will keep the party going with a dance floor and photo booth. Attendees can also enjoy an indoor-outdoor setting on the Ballroom balcony with panoramic views of the golf course and Owl Pond, and for those who don’t want to call it a night, fire pits will be available later in the evening (weather permitting).

Education Summit Scholarship Fund Sponsorship ($1,000 each)
Give a new School Business Official or someone that has not been able to attend in the past 3 years due to budgetary constraints (or had a failed budget last year) the ability to attend the Education Summit & Expo. You may sponsor as many as you wish. The cost per person is $1,000 which will include their overnight accommodations and registration fees. Sponsor three people to be invited to send one representative as a guest to the Past Presidents and Future Leaders reception, which is by invitation only, to meet and mingle with the awardees, the Board, and Past Presidents (unless a Titanium sponsor). Transportation Sponsor ($2,500)
ASBO provides transportation to and from all hotels for the evening events. The $2,500 sponsorship will give the company acknowledgement at both evening events, as well as in the program and on signage. In addition, gold sponsor benefits will be given to the sponsoring company.
App Sponsor ($3,500)
Sponsor the web/mobile application “ASBO Events” attendees use to track their schedule, network, and connect with exhibitors and sponsors. $3500 sponsorship includes Gold benefits plus main advertiser on app.
Trade Show Reception Sponsor ($5,000) SOLD
ASBO is hosting a happy hour in the Expo hall on Monday to cap off the day. During this time only, the exhibitors will be distributing special scratch off tickets to attendees for chances to win fun prizes! $5,000 sponsorship opportunity will receive Platinum sponsor benefits as well as mention in the program and on signage. The sponsor may provide branded napkins for use by caterers.
Awards Luncheon Sponsor ($5,000) SOLD
Sponsor the annual Awards Luncheon on Tuesday, June 4. $5,000 sponsorship opportunity will receive Platinum sponsor benefits, mention in the conference program and luncheon programs, and on signage. The sponsor will also get to address the crowd for a brief 2 minute introduction.
Rest and Recharge Room SOLD
The rest and recharge room gives attendees the opportunity to sit and recharge themselves and their devices. We have tables set up for working and with charging stations. Coffee and some breaks are available in this room only. Sponsor will get Gold benefits, mention in the program and on signage, and will be able to leave marketing material on the tables for attendees to view. In order to give attendees the chance to rest and recharge, sponsors are not allowed to station themselves in this room.
