Compiled by the State Education Department, and consistent with data submitted by school administration, reviewing district enrollment is always a critical data point to know, but district grade level is just as important. When reviewing this information against district peers, it can alert administration to class levels that are indicative of changes that may need to be made.

Questions This Can Help Answer:

• What grade level trends do we see?
• Does any of the data indicate that classes can be combined? Does any of the data support a building closure?
• Should staffing numbers be adjusted based on the district grade levels we see?
