FMAA is developed for school business officials, district treasurers and auditors of public school districts. These workshops offer updates on issues affecting financial management, operations, and reporting requirements of public school districts in New York State.

Attendees should be currently working or involved in roles such as School Business Officials, District Treasurers, and Auditors of Public School Districts. A basic understanding or familiarity with Financial Management, Financial Operations, and Reporting Requirements for Public School districts is encouraged. These prerequisites are designed to ensure that attendees can effectively engage with workshop content and discussions presented throughout the course.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing (or by email at asbomail@asbonewyork.org) three full days prior to the start of the program (unless otherwise stated per event) and are subject to a cancellation fee. There are no refunds for cancellations received less than three business days prior to the start of the program.

Administrative Fee Assessments: If you request to change or cancellation of your registration your there may be an additional administrative fee of $50 imposed for the registration transfer.
