The light at the end of the COVID-19 pandemic seems to be in sight, and districts are now actively reviewing their changes to enrollment, as well as staffing. Managing their budgets is critical and knowing if their district is top heavy on staff counts, or lacking the appropriate instructors is crucial to this process. Further, many districts have experienced significant changes to their enrollment, and analyzing staff as it relates to the students returning to in-person learning is also important.
