The State of the District Story available in 5Sight provides clients with a comprehensive snapshot of the current condition of their respective districts. While this presentation offers many slides, attached is a sample of two – Fund Balance as a Percent of Revenue and Operating Expenditures per Student. Combined with data from a selected peer group, a district can use this story to determine if their financial, student performance, and / or their enrollment and staffing is in line with that of their fellow districts. Additionally, this presentation provides a good basis for new administration to review and become familiar with the happenings at the district level.
