change in your FTE for any position or combination of positions over time. Starting with the baseline year, it highlights your % change in enrollment (orange line) and FTE count (blue line) from that year going forward and allows you to quickly see how you’re managing staffing levels for certain positions as enrollment changes over time.

Reviewing this report yearly will help you see your district’s own enrollment and staffing trends so you can make better decisions around hiring.
